Biography: Jason Hanold Jason is the Managing Partner of Hanold Associates, HR Executive Search, specializing in assignments for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Labor Relations, Total Rewards and Talent Management Officers, including HR succession projects. Based on the north shore of Chicago, Jason leverages his in-depth knowledge of distinctive leadership traits and competencies to effectively advise clients in assembling high performing leadership teams through rigorous capability and nuanced culture fit assessment. Prior to founding Hanold Associates, HR Executive Search, Jason was Managing Director with Russell Reynolds Associates, where he led the firms Human Resources Officer Practice and was member of board of directors and CEO Practices. Before Russell Reynolds Associates, Jason led the Global Talent Acquisition function for Whirlpool Corporation. Prior to Whirlpool, Jason was with McKinsey & Company, where he was Director of Recruiting, charged with direct-elect partner hiring for McKinsey and based in the firm-wide headquarters in New York. Previously, he was the Americas Director of Leadership Recruiting at Deloitte. He started his career with State Farm Insurance Companies in Claims operations progressing into broader Human Resources roles. Jason is Chairman of the Nominations & Governance Committee for the Board of Directors of Big City Mountaineers, a not for profit benefiting at-risk youth and an active mountain climber. Jason earned his M.S from Northwestern University's School of Communications, and received his B.S in interpersonal communications from Illinois State University. He holds an advanced management certification from Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management.
